Irwindale Speedway opened the 2023 NASCAR Advance Auto Parts season Saturday following a one week rain delay.
More than 5,000 spectators attended after two months of extensive rainfall in California. The rainfall helped ease the statewide drought.
Just taking in my view for the new season while I was getting ready for the first practice of the 2023 season at Irwindale Speedway
So happy to finish P1 for the 2023 season opener. Broke the first race bad luck for the last three seasons. It was a good run from the 10th starting position and hats off to my teammate Michael David Mc Intyre with his P3 finish.
